Detection and Analysis of Bacterial Water using Photonic Crystal Ring-Resonator Based Refractive-Index Sensor on SOI Platform

چکیده

A refractive-index biosensor is modeled using a photonic crystal ring resonator. The proposed sensor possesses high selectivity and quality-factor against different bacterial water samples. introduction of the circular rim in resonator structure responsible for sharp resonance that makes it suitable detecting impurities. sufficiently separated resonant peak samples offers possibility highly selective label-free detection. sensitive, real-time, lab-on-chip, label-free, which necessary on-site designed silicon-on-insulator platform.
